The test uses new homogenous immunochromatographic system with gold particles. It is a readyto-use test which only needs a fecal sample dilution with the supplied ready-to-use dilution buffer tube test.

The immunochromatographic strips is coated with a polyclonal immunoreagent specific for E.coli K99, rotavirus, coronavirus and or Cryptosporidium parvum Liquid sample together and gold conjugate both migrate by capilarity and reach the first specific anti-E.Coli K99, rotavirus, coronavirus and or Cryptosporidium parvum polyclonal reagent. If E.Coli K99 , rotavirus, coronavirus and or Cryptosporidium parvum is present in the sample, it is blocked and immunoreaction appears as a red line. As sample still migrates, it reaches the second non specific anti-mouse IgG which gives rise to a second red line. This rear line indicates that the chromatigraphy has been developed without hindrance. It appears also with negative samples
